Our current processing time is between 7-10 business days. After your order is fulfilled and shipped you will receive a notification with tracking information and estimated delivery time.

Cancellations can be accepted on unfulfilled orders within 24 hours of purchase. Past that time frame we can unfortunately not cancel or edit an order.

Please reference our Size Guide. If you have an extra fluffy pet we recommend sizing up on tie on bandanas when possible.
